QDo I need to complete the procedure every day for consecutive nights?

If you use the same room every day, check-out is only on the last day.
However, reservations that have not been paid will not be treated as consecutive nights, so procedures at the front desk are required.

QCan I smoke cigarettes (including electronic cigarettes) in my room?

Smoking is prohibited in the building.Also, please refrain from using candles and incense.
We have set up a smoking area outside, so please cooperate.
QCan I cancel my reservation?
A
It is possible to change or cancel your reservation, but please do so as soon as possible. We would appreciate it if you could contact us at least one week in advance.
After that, please note that you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% for cancellations on the previous day and 100% for cancellations on the day. Still customers are responsible for any fees incurred.
